A blissful therapy, Shirodhara is the pouring of oil on the Third Eye. The constant pour sends the nervous system into a deep meditation allowing to truly relax. Reduces stress, anxiety, depression and enhances the overall feelings of happiness.

*Traditionally not recommended during summer months (increase of Pitta). 

- MARMA  MASSAGE - 90 MIN - $110

A gentle massage consisting of the manipulation of the 107 energy points in the body to harmonize, stimulate and balance the mind & body.

- BASTI

A Basti is  Oil Pooling for Pain. A dam of dough is built on the body  and filled with warm medicated oil, increasing circulation to the affected area. Nourishes & strengthens the muscles & nerves.

The practice of oiling the ear.  The ear is filled with warm sunflower oil and massaged. Helpful in treating Tinnitus, frequent ear infections and can improve hearing quality.

-NASYA - 30 MIN - $45

The practice of oiling the nostrils, helpful in treating sinus issues and allergies. First the face is massaged with warm Ayurvedic Herbal Infused oil, then Medicated Oil is applied to the nostrils.

MEDICUPPING MASSAGE -

MediCupping massage uses a vacuum machine that provides both pumping and continuous suction movements. MediCupping is used to treat a variety of issues including Sciatica, Chronic Pain, Scars and Adhesions, as well as lymphatic and edema issues.

- 45 Min MediCupping Foot Massage - $55.00

This treatment starts with warm towels applied to the feet. Next, the vacuum cupping machine is used on feet and lower legs. Finally, peppermint essential oil is massaged into the feet. This treatment is great for those with plantar fasciitis, runners, or those who stand for long periods of time.

-SCALP MASSAGE - 30 MIN - $45

Warm sunflower oil is drizzled onto the scalp and massaged.

-FOOT REFLEXOLOGY - 30 MIN - $45/ 60 MIN -$75

A cleansing peppermint scrub to the feet and followed with massage on the reflex points of the feet.

-LYMPHATIC MASSAGE -

The lymphatic system is an important part of the immune system. This gentle therapy helps to manually move lymphatic fluid.  

-CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY -

A form of bodywork that address the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, and CST Facilitator

Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I worked in the mental health field. I have a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Tulsa and later attended Oklahoma State University to pursue counseling. I have worked with diverse populations while teaching coping skills, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Although I have been a LMT for over 15 years, my psychological training has enabled me to better connect with my clients on a personal level During my massage career, I was the lead therapist for The Canebrake Spa in Wagoner, OK. I have also had the pleasure of being a massage therapist for the Tulsa Oilers. I specialize in Auyrvedic bodywork and prenatal massage, and have recently added Cranial Sacral Therapy to my repertoire. I am passionate about educating the community about the benefits of massage, while helping my clients to function better in their daily lives.
